You can schedule appointments anytime including evenings and weekends. When you schedule an appointment online not during our regular office hours, we will be there for you.

New Patient Registration Procedure

  1. Click the sign in link on this page or from the drop down menu.

  2. Click on either the "Quick Sign Up" or "Enrollment" tabs and fill out the required information to create a user name and password.

  3. Select "New Patient Visit" or "Exercise/Nutritional Consult" (See the Services Page for more information).

  4. Continue following the instructions for scheduling an appointment.

  5. You will receive an email notification regarding your registration and upcoming appointment.

  6. Read the De Novo Pittsburgh Practice Policies.

  7. Print and sign the Signature Page.

  8. Bring the Signature Page with you to your appointment.

  2. Click on your desired appointment.

  3. Follow the instructions for scheduling an appointment.

  4. You will receive an email notification regarding your appointment.

Email & Phone Calls

Email communication is encouraged. Dr. Klueber regularly replies to emails within an hour. It is appropriate to use your regular email address, but information passed through most emails is unsecured and not encrypted. Sensitive information should be conveyed to your doctor by phone or during an office visit.

Please call the office at anytime with questions or anything regarding your care. If you reach the voice mail please leave a message, as Dr. Klueber regularly replies to phone messages within the hour. An email reply will be sent when appropriate. All scheduling can be made through our online appointment scheduler, but we are more than happy to walk you through the steps if you desire.
